目的:探讨影响医患关系的不和谐因素,并找出应对策略,从而改善医患关系。方法:分别从患者角度,护理人员角度及当前制度方面进行分析,并找出防范措施。结论:加强护理人员专业技术,提供其综合素质,掌握恰当的沟通技巧,耐心与患者及其家属沟通,患者要充分信任医护人员,并建立完整的医院管理方案,设置合理的收费制度,政府加大医疗方面的投入,可有效防范医疗纠纷,改善医患关系。
Objective: To explore the discordant factors that affect the doctor-patient relationship and to find out the coping strategies to improve the doctor-patient relationship. Methods: From the patient point of view, nursing staff point of view and the current system analysis and identify preventive measures. Conclusion: To strengthen the professional skills of nurses, provide them with comprehensive quality, master appropriate communication skills and patiently communicate with patients and their families. Patients should have full trust in medical staff and establish a complete hospital management plan and set a reasonable charging system. The government plus Large medical input, can effectively prevent medical disputes, improve doctor-patient relationship.
