目的:观察Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪对着色牙的远期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年4月～2012年8月应用Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪治疗的着色牙患者108例临床资料,并对其远期疗效进行1年期随访。结果:治疗后显效87例,有效19例,显效率80.6%,总有效率98.2%,以增龄性着色牙、轻度四环素牙疗效最好,中度四环素牙次之,氟斑牙疗效较差;治疗12个月后随访显效69例,显效率63.8%,有效21例,无效18例,总有效率83.2%。结论:Beyond冷光美白治疗着色牙时间短,牙髓刺激轻微,即刻效果显著,远期效果较好,临床应注意适应证选择,进一步提高疗效。 Objective: To observe the long-term effect of Beyond cold tooth whitening instrument on stained teeth. Methods: The clinical data of 108 patients with colored teeth treated with Beyond cold tooth whitening instrument from April 2009 to August 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Their long-term effects were followed up for 1 year. Results: After treatment, 87 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, the effective rate was 80.6% and the total effective rate was 98.2%. The effect of mild tetracycline tooth was the best with age-aged colored tooth, the moderate tetracycline tooth followed by dental fluorosis After 12 months treatment, 69 patients were followed up, the effective rate was 63.8%, 21 effective and 18 ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.2%. Conclusion: Beyond cold light whitening treatment of short colored teeth, dental pulp stimulation, immediate effect is obvious, long-term effect is better, clinical indications should be noted indications to further improve the efficacy.
