建立高效液相色谱法测定格列齐特及片剂的含量。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以0.04mol/L磷酸二氢钾—乙腈—甲醇(45:30:25)为流动相,以地西泮为内标物,检测波长为227nm。实验结果表明其线性范围为16~160μg/ml(r=0.9998)片剂平均回收率(n=5),为99.86%,RSD=0.67%。该法还可将样品中的杂质得以良好的分离。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gliclazide and tablet content. The mobile phase consisted of 0.04mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate - acetonitrile - methanol (45:30:25) and diazepam was used as internal standard. The detection wavelength was 227nm. The experimental results showed that the average recovery (n = 5) was 99.86% and the RSD was 0.67% in the range of 16 ~ 160μg / ml (r = 0.9998). The method can also be the sample impurities can be well separated.
