服务行业相对制造行业具有更高的平均获利能力。本文首先构建了一个两阶段成本节约型创新博弈模型,得出技术型服务企业高获利能力主要来自于企业的研发创新,而不是其市场势力的理论假说。通过运用60家技术型服务上市公司截面数据的实证检验,发现研发创新与技术型服务上市公司的高获利能力有显著的正相关关系,而市场势力与技术型服务上市公司的高获利能力有显著的负相关关系,服务企业还没有形成普遍的市场势力,企业在位时长、企业规模并不是服务企业市场势力的主要决定性因素。因此,技术型服务企业应该走创新发展战略,不要盲目追求市场垄断势力。
The service industry has a higher average profitability relative to the manufacturing industry. This paper first builds a two-stage cost-saving innovation game model, and concludes that the high profitability of technology-based service enterprises mainly comes from the R & D of enterprises rather than the theoretical hypothesis of their market power. Through the empirical test of cross-sectional data of 60 technology-based service listed companies, it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between research and development innovation and the high profitability of technology-based listed companies.
