STAT3蛋白是一种重要的转录因子,由多种氨基酸组成,其结构中的主要功能部分是SH2结构域和DNA结合区。在多数人类肿瘤中都发现有STAT3蛋白的表达,尤其是激活状态的STAT3蛋白即磷酸化的STAT3(p-STAT3)。p-STAT3在促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡以及促进肿瘤组织血管生成方面发挥巨大的作用,并且与肿瘤的临床生物学行为如肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及肿瘤细胞的耐药性等相关。文中就此进行综述,并讨论了STAT3在肿瘤个体化治疗中的地位。
STAT3 protein is an important transcription factor, composed of a variety of amino acids, the main function of the structure is SH2 domain and DNA binding region. STAT3 protein expression is found in most human tumors, especially activated STAT3 protein, phosphorylated STAT3 (p-STAT3). p-STAT3 plays an important role in promoting tumor cell proliferation, inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis and promoting tumor angiogenesis, and is related to clinical biological behaviors of tumor such as depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and tumor cell resistance . In this article, we reviewed the status of STAT3 in the individualized treatment of cancer.
