商业生态系统作为新视角越来越受到管理研究与实践的关注。本文讨论并总结了商业生态系统概念的基本内涵与发展演变,并着重围绕商业生态系统行为主体的重要性及其对绩效的影响作分析。通过问卷调查与回归分析,本文认为:商业生态系统行为主体可分为协作层次与价值实现层次两个维度,两者对企业绩效均有显著正向促进作用。同时,不同行为主体的重要性比较中供应商与政府受到最多的重视,相反,企业与高校及科研机构相关的产学研合作开展以及行业技术标准的规范受认识较弱,需要加强。
As a new perspective, business ecosystem is more and more concerned about management research and practice. This paper discusses and summarizes the basic connotation and development of the concept of business ecosystem, and focuses on the importance of business ecosystem actors and their impact on performance. Through questionnaire survey and regression analysis, this paper argues that: the main body of business ecosystem can be divided into two dimensions: the level of collaboration and the level of value realization, both of which have a significant positive effect on business performance. At the same time, suppliers and the government receive the most attention in the comparison of the importance of different actors. On the contrary, the standards of industry-university-institute cooperation and industry technical standards related to universities and research institutes are weaker and need to be strengthened.
