〔目的〕建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)快速测定蛋黄中苏丹红、对位红的方法。〔方法〕蛋黄样品经乙腈提取、超声波萃取,提取液经离心、过滤后的样液经高效液相色谱紫外—可见光检测器测定,外标法定量。〔结果〕该方法在0.2mg/kg~2.0mg/kg范围内添加回收率为97.0%~102%,变异系数小于5.0%,最低检出浓度为0.05mg/kg。〔结论〕方法具有高效、快速、稳定的特点,能满足日常检验工作的需要。
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the rapid determination of Sudan in egg yolk. [Method] The yolk sample was extracted with acetonitrile and extracted by ultrasonic wave. The extract was centrifuged. The filtered sample was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with UV-Vis detector and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The recoveries of the method in the range of 0.2 mg / kg to 2.0 mg / kg were 97.0% to 102%, the coefficient of variation was less than 5.0% and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.05 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method has the characteristics of high efficiency, fastness and stability, which can meet the needs of daily inspection work.
