本文利用诱发肌电图法,以H波及其频率抑制曲线为主要观察指标,探讨了17例典型神经型克汀病人肌张力异常及中枢损害。结果表明,神经型克汀病存在广泛的上位中枢损害,锥体系和锥体外系同时受累。肌张力异常为痉挛和僵直双重改变。本实验结果为评价和判定神经型克汀病患者中枢损害提供了较客观的定量或半定量依据。
In this paper, the use of induced electromyography, H wave and its frequency inhibition curve as the main observation index to explore the 17 cases of typical neurological cretinism in patients with dystonia and central damage. The results showed that there is a wide range of neurological cretinism in the central nervous system damage, cone systems and extrapyramidal system involvement. Abnormal muscle tone for the spasm and stiffness double change. The experimental results provide a more objective or semi-quantitative basis for the evaluation and determination of central damage in patients with neurological cretinism.
