李永利 1969年出生于北京,毕业于北京交通大学,获电气自动化学士学位。自1998年加入西门子(中国)有限公司工业自动化及驱动技术集团以来,从一名工程师成长为客户支持与服务部门的总经理。他根据全球业务及中国市场的需求,制定工业自动化、驱动技术及楼宇科技集团的客户支持与服务战略,建立区域化服务网络,创立VIP服务理念,积极发展增值服务,开拓网上技术支持,推动专家交流平台-专家会议,并不断完善支持与服务系统,为中国客户提供便捷、专业的专家服务,从而帮助客户提高产量,提升品质,增强企业竞争力。
Born in Beijing in 1969, Li Yongli graduated from Beijing Jiao Tong University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical automation. Since joining Siemens Industrial Automation and Drives Group in 1998, he has grown from an engineer to general manager of Customer Support and Services. He formulated customer support and service strategies for industrial automation, drive technology and building technology group based on the needs of global business and the Chinese market. He established a regional service network, established VIP service concept, actively developed value-added services, opened up online technical support and promoted experts Exchange platform - expert meetings, and constantly improve the support and service system for Chinese customers to provide convenient and professional expert services to help customers improve production, improve quality and enhance their competitiveness.
