叉车作业过程中,总是长时间和高频次承受大负荷,所以对门架总成尤其是起关键作用的外门架的强度要求很高。1.普通外门架总成结构普通外门架总成结构如图1所示。四方框中结构较复杂,总成焊接后门架变形量较大,需要消除焊接应力并进行二次校正。中横梁1及下横梁3的加工工艺复杂,生产流程较长,同时需要模具制造,生产成本较高,尤其是中横梁开裆尺寸a在实际生产中不易保证,加工完成后还需校正。为此,决定对原普通外门架进行改进。
