目的观察次氯酸钠消毒液对鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对鲍曼不动杆菌普通临床分离株和与携带β-内酰胺金属蛋白酶(NDM-1)耐药基因的菌株进行杀灭效果比较。结果在常规试验条件下,用有效氯500 mg/L次氯酸钠消毒液作用3 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌标准株平均杀灭对数值>5.0。用有效氯500 mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内携带NDM-1鲍曼不动杆菌和普通分离菌株杀灭对数值均>5.0。临床分离普通鲍曼不动杆菌与携带NDM-1基因的菌株对次氯酸钠消毒液抗力无差异。结论常用浓度次氯酸钠消毒液可快速杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌普通菌株和携带NDM-1耐药基因的菌株,两株菌之间无明显差异。
Objective To observe the killing effect of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant on Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods The antibacterial effect of strains of Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates and those carrying β-lactamase metalloproteinase (NDM-1) gene was compared by suspension quantitative bactericidal test. Results Under the routine test conditions, with the effective chlorine 500 mg / L sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for 3 min, the average killing logarithm of E. coli standard strains in suspension was> 5.0. Clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii and NDM-1 gene-carrying strains had no difference in resistance to sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Conclusion The common sodium hypochlorite disinfectant can quickly kill Acinetobacter baumannii strains and NDM-1 resistant gene strains. There is no significant difference between the two strains.
