双向通风窗运行时的噪声和新风量对其推广应用有着非常重要的意义,而所选用的风机又直接决定了此2项性能。本文优选了4种不同型号的贯流风机用于铝合金双向通风窗,并通过实验室中的噪声测量分别得到了4种风机在3档工作电压下的噪声,同时利用示踪气体衰减法测得了相应的新风量。实验结果显示,TA0502901HS-A型风机表现最佳。另外,根据风机噪声随频谱的分布发现其中旋转噪声影响尤为重要,据此提出了3种降噪措施并阐述了它们的优缺点,其中采用隔声降噪的铝木复合双向通风窗性能良好。
Two-way ventilation window running noise and fresh air volume is very important for its popularization and application, and the selected fan directly determines the two properties. In this paper, four different types of cross-flow fans are selected for the aluminum alloy two-way ventilation windows, and the noise of four kinds of fans under the working voltage of three gears is obtained through the noise measurement in the laboratory respectively. At the same time, Got the appropriate amount of fresh air. The experimental results show that, TA0502901HS-A fan performance best. In addition, according to the distribution of fan noise, it is found that the influence of rotating noise is particularly important. Based on this, three kinds of noise reduction measures are proposed and their advantages and disadvantages are described. The soundproof and noise-reducing aluminum-wood composite bidirectional ventilated window has good performance.
