本文通过构建多元线性回归模型,以机械行业企业参与职业教育的数据,分析企业参与职业教育的动机偏好、政府政策作用机制与政策效度。实证研究结果表明:我国企业参与职业教育具有成本偏好和技能偏好,两者之间存在负的交互作用。政府政策对于企业参与职业教育的技能偏好有正向促进作用,却对成本偏好有负的调节作用。从政策效果看,政府政策对成本偏好性的企业的政策效果要好于技术偏好性的政策效果,显示出明显的成本补偿性的政策倾向。
By building a multiple linear regression model, this paper analyzes the motivation of enterprises to participate in vocational education, the mechanism of government policy and the validity of policies in the data of enterprises participating in vocational education in machinery industry. The empirical results show that: Chinese enterprises to participate in vocational education with cost preference and skills preferences, there is a negative interaction between the two. Government policies have a positive effect on the skills preference of enterprises participating in vocational education, but have negative adjustment on cost preference. From the perspective of policy effect, government policies are more effective than technology-preference policies on cost-favored enterprises and show obvious cost-compensated policy tendencies.
