温室内测试及筛选对银合欢木虱强致病性虫生真菌,发现白僵菌(Beauveria b-assiana)之致病率达90%以上,而灰色拟青霉菌(paecilomyces javanicus)次之,致病率在52~64%之间,白僵菌与灰色拟青霉菌之孢子发芽最适温度分别为24~28℃及28~32℃,又灰色拟青霉菌之孢子于pH2.98~6.1间,发芽均十分良好,但白僵菌则仅于pH5.7~6.1间孢子发芽较好。最适产孢量与培养基质之探讨,结果发现白僵菌以添加蛋白胨或异蛋白胨产孢量可达2.4×10~9孢子/克为最好,灰色拟青霉菌添加几丁质孢子量高达9.8×10~9孢子/克,若仅
In greenhouse, the pathogenicity of Beauveria b-assiana was over 90%, and that of Paecilomyces javanicus was the second.
