在１９８４～１９８６年冬李．对渤海湾海冰压缩强度、拉伸强度和断裂韧性的尺寸效应进 行了系列的实验研究，并应用 Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ统计公式进行了计算，结果与实验符合得很 好。以几何尺寸相似的比例试样测得的拉伸强度．单轴压缩强度及断裂韧性ＫＩＣ值与 各自的计算值相比较其误差分别小于０．３％，３．９％和 ２．２％．研究表明，用 Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ 理论来说明渤海湾海冰的尺寸效应是非常适合的。
In the winter of 1984 ~ 1986 Lee. A series of experimental studies on the size effect of sea ice compressive strength, tensile strength and fracture toughness in the Bohai Bay are carried out. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results by the Weibull statistical formula. Tensile strength as measured on a specimen of similar geometry. The uniaxial compressive strength and fracture toughness KIC values were less than 0.3%, 3.9% and 2.2%, respectively, compared with their calculated values. The research shows that using the Weibull theory to illustrate the size effect of sea ice in the Bohai Bay is very suitable.
