NO2--N和NO3--N是水质分析的常规项目,测定方法有离子色谱法,化学法等。虽然有[2]用反向高效液相色谱法同时测定水中NO2--N和NO3--N含量,但并未列为GB/T5750.5—2006和GB/T8538—2008标准检验方法。本文采用离子萃取的原理,选择四丁基溴化铵(TBA.Br)为离子对试剂,在流动相中与亚硝酸根、硝酸根结合,生成弱极性的离子对化合物,在非极性键合相(ODS)表面因疏水作用而被保留,从而达到组分分离定量检出。本法操作简单,重现性好,适用于水质分析。
NO2 - N and NO3 - N are common items of water quality analysis. The determination methods include ion chromatography, chemical methods and so on. Although there are [2] reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography simultaneous determination of NO2 - N and NO3 - N in water, it is not listed as GB / T5750.5-2006 and GB / T8538-2008 standard test methods. In this paper, the ion extraction principle, the choice of tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBA.Br) as an ion pair reagent, in the mobile phase with nitrite, nitrate combined to generate weakly polar ion pair compounds, non-polar The bonded phase (ODS) surface is retained due to hydrophobic interaction to achieve a quantitative detection of component separation. This method is simple, reproducible, suitable for water quality analysis.
