开学后,几次去小丽老师的班级,教室里是闹哄哄的情境:集体活动时小丽老师在上面讲,孩子们在下面不是自由说话,就是随心所欲地在班级里溜达,要不就是自己玩自己的。生活过渡环节,班级也是乱糟糟的,在教室里看不到孩子们的自觉有序。小丽老师工作已有4年多的时间,是我园的骨干老师,平时工作积极、热情、认真,可是班级的常规为什么是这样呢?带着疑问,我进行了跟班观察记录。案例:闹哄哄的早餐时光,喋喋不休的老师在幼儿进餐的时间里,小丽老师
