使用拉伸试验机,扫描电镜,金相显微镜研究了采用CVD法制备的Ta/W层状复合材料的力学性能及影响因素。结果表明:W体积分数,热处理温度,热处理时间均对复合材料的力学性能有较大影响。W体积分数为13%的复合材料同时具有良好的抗拉强度和塑性。能够有效提高复合材料抗拉强度和塑性的热处理制度为1600℃/2 h,且热处理主要通过改变复合材料的晶粒大小及界面扩散层厚度来影响材料的力学性能。
The mechanical properties and influencing factors of Ta / W layered composites prepared by CVD method were studied by tensile testing machine, scanning electron microscopy and optical microscope. The results show that: W volume fraction, heat treatment temperature, heat treatment time have a greater impact on the mechanical properties of composites. The composite with W volume fraction of 13% has good tensile strength and ductility at the same time. The heat treatment system that can effectively improve the tensile strength and plasticity of the composites is 1600 ℃ / 2 h, and the heat treatment mainly affects the mechanical properties of the composites by changing the grain size of the composites and the interface diffusion layer thickness.
