认为对突发事件信息传播系统中的重要调控节点做出全面、合理的判定利于监测预警、引导管控等工作的开展与优化。将超网络的理论、方法应用于突发事件信息传播过程中重要调控节点的判定研究,并根据现有方法存在的问题与不足,提出一种基于超网络模型(EIDSN)的突发事件信息传播系统节点介入调控能力的综合评判算法,并通过实例进行验证与分析。
