1993年6月,太原生产力促进中心作为华北地区的唯一试点,挂牌诞生.如果说“中心”是企业医院的话,那么“中心”的工作人员无疑就是医院的大夫或护士.“中心”聘请了有关专家对全体人员进行企业诊断知识培训,讲述基本理论和组织程序,通过基础理论及实际案例的讲解,提高工作人员素质.“中心”主要“大夫”们还参加了香港生产力促进局专家讲述的ISO9000国际标准学习和日本企业经营管理学习班,用中外丰富的知识和案例武装自己.强化自身的同时,“中心”又利用身居省城、大专院校、科研院所云集的优势,根据太原市能源重化工基地的特点,在经管、冶金、化工、机电、食品、建材等行业聘请多位专家,作为“中心”进行诊断和综合眼务的智囊、参谋.至此,“企业医院”.初具规模,出诊条件基本具备.
