为了研究超深层岩溶地区高层建筑桩筏基础的整体工作性能,本文结合工程实例,采用现场监测和数值模拟的方法对无锡世贸中心主楼下超深层岩溶地基经灌浆处理后桩筏基础受力和变形进行研究。在桩端和筏板上布置相应的监测点,检测桩端应力,筏板内力,以及筏板沉降随上部结构刚度增加时的变化规律,同时,配合有限元模拟溶洞存在对整体结构桩筏基础的影响以及对比灌浆后桩端地基反力的变化。得到桩筏基础在上部结构和岩溶地基等共同作用下受力和变形等相关结论,对于岩溶地基桩筏基础的选型以及地基处理评价具有重要参考价值。
In order to study the overall performance of piled raft foundations in high-rise karst area, this paper combined with engineering examples, using on-site monitoring and numerical simulation methods to analyze the stress and deformation of piled raft foundation under grouting in the ultra-deep karst ground beneath the main building of Wuxi World Trade Center research. The corresponding monitoring points are arranged on the pile end and the raft to detect the stress of the pile end, the internal force of the raft and the variation law of the settlement of the raft with the increase of the rigidity of the superstructure. Simultaneously, with the finite element simulation of the cavern, As well as the change of the reaction force at the pile tip after grouting. The conclusion about the stress and deformation of piled raft foundation under the joint action of superstructure and karst ground is obtained, which is of important reference value for the selection of piled raft foundation and evaluation of foundation treatment.
