2015年呼和浩特市市售包装饮用水卫生检测结果分析

目的了解和分析2015年呼和浩特市包装饮用水的卫生状况,发现存在问题,为进一步加强监督管理、提高市售包装饮用水质量提供数据支持和参考依据。方法随机抽取呼和浩特市市售的在保质期内的包装饮用水190份,按照GB 8537-2008、GB 17324-2003和GB 19298-2003规定的检测方法进行检测分析。结果 190份包装饮用水的总合格率为87.9%。矿泉水、纯净水和普通瓶装水的抽检合格率分别为72.6%、92.0%和97.4%,这3种水的抽检合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.1,P﹤0.01)。矿泉水界限指标不合格率为24.2%。3种包装饮用水的微生物指标合格率均低于理化指标。结论 2015年呼和浩特市市售包装饮用水质量整体情况较好,矿泉水界限指标达标率偏低,存在微生物污染情况。 Objective To understand and analyze the hygienic status of the packaged drinking water in Hohhot in 2015 and to find out the existing problems so as to provide data support and reference for further strengthening the supervision and management and improving the quality of commercial packaged drinking water. Methods A total of 190 samples of packaged drinking water were collected from Hehuan City during the shelf life. The test was conducted according to the test methods specified in GB 8537-2008, GB 17324-2003 and GB 19298-2003. Results The total qualification rate of 190 packaging drinking water was 87.9%. The passing rates of mineral water, pure water and ordinary bottled water were 72.6%, 92.0% and 97.4%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the sampling rates (χ ~ 2 = 21.1, P <0.01) . Mineral water limit indicators failed rate of 24.2%. Three kinds of packaging of drinking water microbial indicators pass rate lower than the physical and chemical indicators. Conclusion In 2015, the overall quality of packaged drinking water in Hohhot was better, the compliance rate of mineral water cutoff index was lower, and microbial contamination existed.
