我国西北地区降雨稀少,气候干燥,种植春小麦,常受到大气与土壤干旱的严重威胁。因此,选育和种植抗旱性较强的春小麦品种是获得稳产高产的有效措施。本试验研究的目的在于了解抗旱性不同的品种在生长发育动态、水分生理指标、氮素含量变化上的差异,为抗旱品种的选育,提供鉴定依据。材料和方法采用抗旱性较强的地方品种榆中红麦与抗旱性较弱的水地品种甘肃96号。观测项目:植株的生长发育状况及其形态特征;叶面积的变动,干物质的积累,氮素含量的变化以及部分
Rainfall in northwestern China is scarce with arid climates. Spring wheat is often threatened by atmospheric and soil droughts. Therefore, the selection and cultivation of drought-resistant spring wheat varieties is an effective measure to obtain stable and high yield. The purpose of this study is to understand the differences of drought resistance in different varieties of growth and development, water physiological indicators, changes in nitrogen content for the breeding of drought-resistant varieties to provide identification basis.
