对有关文献中提及的具有肾毒性的68味中药,从五个方面进行分析。毒性:分为五级,无毒者29味,小毒者9味,有毒者19味,大毒者7味,极毒者4味,导致肾毒性的药物中半数以上有程度不一的毒性。性味:辛味药23味,苦味药22味,苦兼辛12味,苦、辛是致肾毒性的最多见的药味。成份:有的毒性成分即为有效药理成分,有的则是无药效作用的毒性成分,有一部分药成分尚未明确。肾毒性症状:以尿液成分和肾功能改变最为常见。中毒原因:误服、误食,药物过量,蓄积中毒,特异体质,轻信民间传方,药物污染。针对中毒原因,提出预防措施
