1989年以来,我们应用纤维连结蛋白(FN)治疗早、中期眼碱烧伤20例、26只眼,取得了较好疗效。本组男15例、20眼,女5例6眼;年龄8～50岁。其中石灰伤10例,氨水伤5例,电石伤3例、水泥伤、氢氧化钠碱溶液伤各1例。11眼为轻度(球结膜充血,角膜轻度水肿、混浊,虹膜清晰可见,角膜缘缺血少于1/3周),13眼为中度(球结膜充血水肿,角膜水肿混浊明显,前房看不清,虹膜隐约可见,角膜缘缺血坏死少于1/2周、大于1/3周),2眼为重度(角膜蛋白样混浊、水肿,前房及虹膜均看不清,角膜缘有广泛缺血坏死)。
Since 1989, we have used fibronectin (FN) to treat early and mid-term ocular alkali burns in 20 patients and 26 eyes, and achieved good results. Eleven eyes were mild (conjunctival hyperemia, mild corneal edema, opacity, clear iris, less than one third of limbal ischemia), 13 eyes were moderate (conjunctival hyperemia, corneal edema, opacity, The room can not see clear, the iris can be seen, corneal ischemia necrosis less than 1/2 weeks, more than 1/3 weeks), 2 eyes were severe (corneal opacity, edema, anterior chamber and iris are not clear, Margin of extensive ischemic necrosis).
