目的:分析探讨对风湿免疫科患者实施个性化护理在提高患者满意度方面的作用。方法:选取本院2013年9月至2015年3月收治的风湿免疫科患者228例,采用数字随机法分为A、B两组,两组各114例,A组给予常规护理,B组给予个性化护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果:B组满意107例,基本满意6例,不满意1例,总满意度99.2%;A组满意76例,基本满意29例,不满意9例,总满意度92.1%;B组护理总满意度显著高于A组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:对风湿免疫科患者实施个性化护理能够显著提高患者满意度,具有推广应用的价值。“,”Objective Analyze implement personalized nursing to improving the role of the patient in rheumatism immune department satisfaction. Methods Choose 228 cases of patients in rheumatism immune department from September 2013 and March 2013 at our hospital treated , randomly divided into two groups:A and B, 114 cases each. A group was given routine nursing. Group B to give personalized care. Compare two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care. Results For group B, Satisfied with 107 cases , 6 cases basic satisfaction, not satisfied in 1 case, 99.2%of the total satisfaction. For group A, Satisfied with 76 cases , the basic satisfaction, 29 cases are not satisfied with 9 cases, 92.1%of the total satisfaction. Total satisfaction, group B is significantly higher than group A (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Implement personalized nursing to patients with li rheumatism lead, can significantly improve patient satisfaction, with the value of popularization and application.
