小柳-原田氏病(Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada。Discasc),又称葡萄膜大脑炎,是一种以葡萄膜炎及脑膜脑炎症状为主,伴有听力障碍和皮肤改变的综合征,临床上较少见。我科自1981年以来仅见三例,报告如下。 例1:男,50岁,因视物不清二十余天,剧烈头痛,频繁呕吐五天于1990年8月20日入院。查体;视力双眼0.5,散瞳下右眼晶体周边点状混浊,左眼有陈旧色素KP,虹膜下半部后粘连,玻璃体混浊(),眼压正常。神经系统检查:颈强五横指,左Chaddock及Pusscp征(+),右侧Babinski征(+)。腰穿:脑脊液压
Koyanagi-Harada’s disease (Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada. Discasc), also known as uveitis, is a syndrome characterized mainly by uveitis and meningoencephalitis accompanied by hearing impairment and skin changes. Clinical Less common. My department has seen only three cases since 1981, the report is as follows. Example 1: Male, 50, was admitted to hospital on August 20, 1990 due to severe headache and vomiting over five days due to unclear visual acuity of more than 20 days. Examination; visual acuity of 0.5, under the mydriasis around the right eye crystal opacity, the left eye with old pigment KP, the latter half of the iris adhesion, vitreous opacity (), intraocular pressure normal. Nervous system examination: five cross-neck strength, left Chaddock and Pusscp sign (+), right Babinski sign (+). Waist wear: cerebrospinal fluid pressure
