介绍了一种新型的基于查表式数据采集的腔体内置式真空测量计的设计方案。成功解决了传统真空计存在的测量范围窄、精度低、控制电路复杂、应用环境有限等问题,详细介绍该真空计所采用的新颖查表式数据采集方法、DDS频率激励技术和标准的零相位π网络最大传输法。并阐述了该方案几大模块的软硬件具体实现方法。
A new design scheme of cavity built-in vacuum gauge based on look-up table data acquisition is introduced. The traditional vacuum gauge has successfully solved the problems such as narrow measuring range, low precision, complicated control circuit and limited application environment, and introduces in detail the novel look-up data acquisition method adopted by the vacuum gauge, the DDS frequency excitation technique and the standard zero phase π network maximum transmission method. And elaborates the program several major modules of hardware and software to achieve specific methods.
