分析弹性悬架推土机平衡架和减振弹簧的特性,证明对于来自路面的振动,推土机平衡架是有减振作用的,其减振效果与路面波动的波长有关,也与平衡架的长度有关。利用建立的弹性悬架推土机机体的两自由度数学模型,采用模态分析方法,分析了这种推土机行驶时机体的振动特性。主要结论是:一般弹性悬架推土机行驶时机体的上下自由振动和俯仰自由振动都具有两个固有频率,这两个固有频率的数值相同;当推土机在垂直方向平动时,如果减振弹簧弹性力的合力通过其机体的质心,则机体的上下自由振动和俯仰自由振动各自只具有一个固有频率,并且得出了这两个固有频率的计算公式。
Analysis of the characteristics of elastic suspension bulldozer balancing frame and damping spring prove that the bulldozer balancing frame has a damping effect on the vibration from the road surface and the damping effect is related to the wavelength of the road surface fluctuation and also to the length of the balancing frame. Based on the two-degree-of-freedom mathematical model of the bulldozer with elastic suspension, the vibration characteristics of the bulldozer when the bulldozer is driven are analyzed by modal analysis. The main conclusions are: the general elastic suspension bulldozer driving the body up and down free vibration and pitch free vibration have two natural frequencies, the two natural frequencies of the same value; when the bulldozers in the vertical translation, if the damping spring elastic Force through the body’s center of mass together, then the upper and lower body free vibration and pitch vibration each have only one natural frequency, and derived the two natural frequency formula.
