黄河大柳树坝址处于强地震区,且地质条件复杂.地震烈度预测值500年重现期83度,5000年重现期9.2度.坝址地形和河床岩体工程地质条件较好,两岸岩体破碎,风化卸荷带厚度大,但不存在大范围松动岩体.根据对该坝址区域地质背景和工程地质条件的分析,认为选用钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝枢纽方案,在大坝抗震可靠度、工程投资与工期方面尚有商榷之处.选用抽排式、上重下拱、、碾压混凝土坝方案,是大柳树高坝枢纽有竞争力的比选方案,与面权坝枢纽方案比较,可能做到投资相当,工期略有提前,且工程建成后运行期的意外故障较少.
The Daliushu dam site of the Yellow River is in a strong earthquake area with complicated geological conditions.
