对于现代酒店而言,合理的人员流动不仅可以保证酒店始终处于正常运转状态,而且可以保持酒店员工的工作激情和对工作内容的新鲜感。然而,酒店人员过度的流动不仅会造成财务上的损失,而且会过多的耗费酒店的资金、时间、精力在人员招募、选拔、培训等方面,从而影响酒店的正常经营。因此,酒店员工流失问题是现代酒店发展所必须解决,并且科学、有效解决的重要问题。本文关注这一问题,提出应对措施,为酒店人力资源管理者提供有价值的参考。
For modern hotels, a reasonable flow of people not only ensures that the hotel is always up and running, but also maintains the passion and freshness of the hotel staff. However, the over-mobility of hotel staff will not only cause financial loss, but also consume too much hotel funds, time, energy in the recruitment, selection, training and other aspects, thus affecting the normal operation of the hotel. Therefore, the hotel staff turnover problem is an important issue which must be solved in the development of modern hotels and scientifically and effectively solved. This article pays attention to this question, puts forward the countermeasure, provides the valuable reference for the hotel human resource manager.
