目的 :研究微波治疗突聋的疗效。方法 :将突发性聋 94例、10 6耳随机分为单纯药物组和微波组。并观测微波组辐射前后颅内底血流及脑地形图的变化。结果 :微波组治愈率 37 1% ,显效率 4 0 % ,药物组治愈率 14 1% ,显效率 15 5 % ,2组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。微波辐射前后颅内底血流及脑地形图无差异性。采用WE 2 10 2A多功能微波机治疗突发性聋的最佳参数为输出功率 80~ 90W ,测温 4 0~ 4 1℃。剂量参照患者的主观感觉以耳温热量为度。结论 :微波治疗突发性聋的效果好于单纯的药物治疗 ,在药物治疗的基础上加微波辐射可取得更好的疗效
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of microwave on sudden deafness. Methods: 94 cases of sudden deafness, 106 ears were randomly divided into simple drug group and microwave group. The changes of intracranial blood flow and brain topography before and after irradiation were observed. Results: The cure rate of microwave group was 37.1%, the effective rate was 40%, the cure rate of drug group was 14.1%, the effective rate was 15.5%. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). There was no difference in intracranial blood flow and brain topography before and after microwave irradiation. WE 2 10 2A multi-function microwave machine for the treatment of sudden deafness the best parameters for the output power of 80 ~ 90W, temperature 40 ~ 41 ℃. The subjective feeling of the dose reference patient depends on the amount of heat in the ear. Conclusion: Microwave treatment of sudden deafness is better than simple drug treatment, based on the treatment of drugs plus microwave radiation can achieve better efficacy
