Objective To analyze the preventive effect of PDCA circulation on wound infection after cesarean section. Methods 800 maternal cesarean sections were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in Yiling District Maternal and Child Health Hospital. According to the random number table, these women were divided into two groups (400 cases in PDCA circulation group and routine treatment group). The incidence of incision infection after cesarean section and healing of the two groups of maternal women were statistically analyzed, and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in 50 incisional infected mothers was analyzed. Results The incidence of incision infection after cesarean section in PDCA cycle group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group (2.5% vs 10.0%, P <0.05), and the grade A healing rate was 90.0%, significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group %, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), grade B healing rate 10.0% was significantly lower than the conventional treatment group 27.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 50 cases of incision infection maternal pathogens were detected 50 Strain, Gram-negative bacteria 35, accounting for 70.0% of the total, of which 18 strains of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10 strains, 4 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, 3 strains of other Gram-negative bacteria, respectively The total number of 36.0%, 20.0%, 8.0%, 6.0%; Gram-positive bacteria 15, accounting for 30.0% of the total, including 9 Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis 5, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus a The total number of 18.0%, 10.0%, 2.0%. Conclusion PDCA circulation can effectively prevent incisional wound infection after cesarean section, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
