本文采用3H-TdR掺入法,微量CPE法及ABC免疫染色对26例中晚期原发性肝癌(PHC)患者及30名正常献血员外周血的IL-2、IFN-γ活性及IL-2R表达检测分析发现,PHC患者的IL-2IFN-γ活性及IL-2R表达均显著低于正常人,且IL-2与IFN-γ及IFN-γ与IL-2R间呈显著正相关。表明PHC患者细胞因子免疫调节网络可能存在严重抑制或紊乱,这可能与PHC的形成和发展有关。作者认为,若能合理应用IL-2及IFN-γ等生物反应调节剂来改善病人的细胞免疫状态,可能会取得较好的抗瘤效果。
3H-TdR incorporation, trace CPE and ABC immunostaining were used to investigate the IL-2 and IFN-γ activity and IL-2R in peripheral blood of 26 patients with advanced primary liver cancer (PHC) and 30 normal donors. Expression analysis showed that the activity of IL-2IFN-γ and the expression of IL-2R in PHC patients were significantly lower than those in normal subjects, and there was a significant positive correlation between IL-2 and IFN-γ and IFN-γ and IL-2R. It indicates that there may be severe inhibition or disorder in cytokine immunomodulatory network in patients with PHC, which may be related to the formation and development of PHC. The authors believe that if the rational use of biological response modifiers such as IL-2 and IFN-γ to improve the patient’s cellular immune status, may achieve better anti-tumor effect.
