Hemorrhagic shock was produced by bloodletting of 25 carotid arteries in rabbits. The contents of tyrosine (Tyr) and dopamine (DA) in shock were significantly higher than those in basal level (p <0.01), norepinephrine (NA) and adrenal Prime (A)
