四妙丸录自张秉成《成方便读》,由黄柏、苍术、川牛膝、薏苡仁组成。笔者自1985年以来,易丸为加味四妙汤治疗痹证32例取得较好疗效,现报道如下。资料和方法 1、一般资料:本组32例中,男24例,女8例。年龄30—60岁,病程7天—9年。 2、辨证分型;以传统辨证分型为准。凡骨节疼痛,游走不定,脉浮者辨为风痹,凡疼 Si Mian Wan was recorded by Zhang Bingcheng as “Reading for Convenience.” It consists of Phellodendron, Atractylodes, Cyathula, and Coix seed. Syndrome differentiation; the traditional syndrome differentiation prevails. Where the joints are painful and wandering, the floating buoys are identified as wind paralysis, where pain occurs.
