《秘书》2012年第11期刊登了金常德先生的《发表论文选择期刊失范现象探究》一文,笔者认为,问题的提出非常及时和必要,寻求破解之道也甚为迫切。沿着这个话题,笔者也做了一些思考,对秘书专业师生、秘书工作者和秘书学研究者(以下统称“秘书人员”)发表论文时选择期刊提出几点浅见,以求共鸣。发表论文选择期刊的基本原则秘书人员在选择发表论文的期刊时,应遵循以下原则:一是对口优先原则。要充分考虑所选刊物的专业对口性和学科匹配度,优先选择秘书类或相近专业的期刊投送和发表论文。
