目的探讨巴戟天中微量元素与土壤中矿质元素的相关性,为巴戟天质量提供实验依据。方法分别测定广东德庆、广西上思、福建南靖和海南尖峰岭四地巴戟天样品中的多种微量元素,并分析相应土壤中的矿质元素及其相关性。结果与结论结果表明土壤中矿质元素与巴戟天中微量元素有较好的相关性,其中铅相关性最高,其次为锌、砷,而巴戟天对土壤中锰、镉的富集能力较强。
Objective To investigate the correlation between trace elements in Morinda officinalis and mineral elements in soil and provide experimental basis for the quality of Morinda officinalis. Methods The trace elements in Morinda officinalis samples collected from Deqing of Guangdong Province, Shangsi of Guangxi, Nanjing of Fujian Province and Jianfengling of Hainan Province were determined, and their mineral elements and their correlation were analyzed. Results and Conclusions The results showed that there was a good correlation between mineral elements in soil and trace elements in Morinda officinalis, of which Pb was the highest, followed by Zn and As, while Morinda officinalis had more Mn and Cd enrichment ability in soil Strong.
