一、序言 过去薄板冲模的结构都是将用薄钢板制造的上、下模板的一端互相叠在一起,用点焊或铆接的方法紧固成夹板状,所以又叫夹板冲模(见图一)。 薄板冲模结构简单。制造方便,节约模具材料和制造工时,模具制造周期短,适合在小批量生产中推广应用。但是这种结构的薄板冲模由于有生产率低,操作不便及寿命较低等缺点、限制了它的应用。我厂在实践基础上设计、制造了新结构的薄板冲模,适合于冲裁0.5至2毫米厚度的各种板材,经过一年多的实际使用,效果很好。
I. Preface In the past, the structure of the sheet die was to stack the upper and lower mold plates one by one with the thin steel plates and fasten them into a clamp plate by the method of spot welding or riveting, so it is also called splint die (see Figure 1) . Sheet die structure is simple. Easy to manufacture, saving mold materials and manufacturing man hours, short mold manufacturing cycle, suitable for small-batch production in the promotion and application. However, this structure of the sheet die due to low productivity, ease of operation and short life and other shortcomings, limiting its application. I plant on the basis of practice designed to create a new structure of the sheet metal stamping die, suitable for blanking 0.5 to 2 mm thickness of the various plates, after more than a year of actual use, the effect is very good.
