在一个病人身上同时或先后发生不同组织来源的恶性肿瘤几乎未曾报道。本文报道1例男性、60岁,因左口底溃疡不能愈合8周而入院。胸透见左上肺有一2cm 大小的病灶。1940～1950年患者从事核放射工作,每天接触各种射线及各种化学致癌因子(如氯元素等)。吸烟已20多年,每天8～10支。嗜酒(中等量)亦有多年。予以口底溃疡切除和左舌骨上颈清扫,诊断为鳞癌Ⅱ级,颈淋巴结未见转移。左上肺叶
The occurrence of malignancies of different tissue origins in one patient at the same time or in succession has hardly been reported. This article reports a case of a man, 60 years old, admitted to hospital because of an ulcer of the left mouth that failed to heal for 8 weeks. The chest shows a 2cm-sized lesion in the left upper lung. From 1940 to 1950, the patient engaged in nuclear radiation work, exposure to various rays and various chemical carcinogenic factors (such as chlorine, etc.) every day. Smoking has been for more than 20 years, 8 to 10 cigarettes per day. Alcoholism (moderate) has also been for many years. Mouth ulcer resection and left hyoid bone neck dissection were performed. The diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma grade II, and no metastasis was seen in the cervical lymph nodes. Left upper lobe
