目的检测川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍的抗真菌活性。方法川参通注射液与氟康唑以不同比例配伍后制成含不同药物浓度的培养基 ,检测对白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度与最低杀菌浓度。结果川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍后外观仍为棕色澄清液体 ,未见发生沉淀、混浊或絮状物。40 5nm波长处的吸光度值小于川参通注射液的吸光度值。川参通 氟康唑配伍液对白色念珠菌具有较高抗菌活性。结论川参通注射液与氟康唑配伍后抗真菌作用明显加强 ,有利于真菌性感染的治疗。
Objective To detect the antifungal activity of Chuan Shen Tong injection in combination with fluconazole. Methods Chuan Shen Tong injection and fluconazole with different proportions of compatibility made with different drug concentration of the medium, the detection of Candida albicans minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration. Results Chuan Shen Tong injection and fluconazole compatibility is still brown clear liquid appearance, no precipitation, turbidity or floc. 40 5nm wavelength absorbance value is less than Chuan Shen Tong injection absorbance value. Chuansense fluconazole compatibility of Candida albicans has high antibacterial activity. Conclusion The antifungal effect of Chuan Shen Tong injection and fluconazole is obviously strengthened, which is good for the treatment of fungal infection.
