通过采用PEG模拟干旱和添加NaCl的方法,研究了干旱和盐胁迫复合逆境对芝麻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着复合逆境程度的增大,芝麻种子萌发和幼苗生长均逐渐受到抑制。轻度干旱+轻度盐(50 g.L-1PEG+50 mmol.L-1NaCl)复合逆境处理对芝麻种子发芽率和发芽指数的影响不显著,但对发芽势、活力指数和幼苗各生长指标的影响显著(P<0.05);中重度干旱和盐的复合逆境(150~200 g.L-1PEG+100~200 mmol.L-1NaCl)各处理组合发芽指标和幼苗生长指标均显著低于轻度干旱和盐的复合逆境(50 g.L-1PEG+50 mmol.L-1NaCl)处理(P<0.01)。
The effects of combined drought and salt stress on sesame seed germination and seedling growth were studied by using PEG simulated drought and NaCl addition. The results showed that the germination and seedling growth of sesame seeds were gradually inhibited with the increase of compound stress. The effects of mild drought and mild salt (50 gL-1PEG + 50 mmol.L-1NaCl) on the germination rate and germination index of sesame seeds were not significant, but the effects on germination potential, vigor index and seedling growth indices (P <0.05). The combination of moderate and severe drought and salt stress (150 ~ 200 gL-1PEG +100 ~ 200 mmol.L-1NaCl) had significantly lower germination index and seedling growth index than the mild drought and salt (50 gL-1PEG + 50 mmol.L-1 NaCl) (P <0.01).
