文中提出了一种新型的榫卯式混凝土空心异型砌块形式,并对两种不同孔型尺寸的该新型异型砌块进行数值模拟分析,主要研究所选用的混凝土本构关系、混凝土强度等级和砌块孔型对该新型砌块力学特性的影响,并对两种不同孔型尺寸的混凝土空心异型砌块砌体进行有限元模拟分析,提取空心异型砌块砌体的应力云图、裂缝云图并分析其受力特性。结果表明:合理使用和选择榫卯式混凝土空心异型砌块可以有效提高砌体结构的承载能力,分析结果为混凝土空心异型砌块进一步发展应用和优化设计提供参考依据。
In this paper, a new type of mortise-tenon concrete hollow block is proposed and the numerical simulation analysis of the new shaped block with two different hole sizes is carried out. The constitutive relations of the concrete, the concrete strength grade and The influence of block hole pattern on the mechanical properties of the new block is studied. Two kinds of hollow concrete block masonry with different hole sizes are simulated by finite element method. The stress cloud image and crack cloud image of hollow block masonry are extracted Analyze its stress characteristics. The results show that reasonable use and selection of mortise - tenon concrete hollow block can effectively improve the bearing capacity of masonry structure. The analysis results provide reference for further development and application of hollow concrete block.
