与常规桩基相比,沉降控制复合桩基更有利于充分发挥桩和桩间土的承载力,从而减少用桩数量,在满足安全使用的前提下,达到了在降低了工程造价的目的。然而长期以来,沉降控制复合桩基在地质条件较好的多层建筑中应用较为常见。在高层建筑方面鲜有文献报道。本文通过对某栋地上12层地下1层的高层建筑沉降控制复合桩基设计的分析与研究,进一步明确沉降控制复合桩基在高层建筑中的可行性。
Compared with the conventional pile foundation, settlement control composite pile foundation is more conducive to fully exert the bearing capacity of soil between piles and piles, thus reducing the number of piles and achieving the purpose of reducing the construction cost under the premise of meeting the safe use. However, for a long time, settlement control composite pile foundations are more common in multi-story buildings with better geological conditions. There are few reports of high-rise buildings. In this paper, through the analysis and research on the design of composite pile foundation for the control of subsidence of a high-rise building on the 12th floor underground, the feasibility of settlement control of composite pile foundation in high-rise buildings is further clarified.
