目的探讨70岁以上(包括70岁)老年不稳定型心绞痛病人心理特点,以便对病人制订合理有效的护理措施。方法对70岁以上不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分2组(心理干预组和对照组),观察住院后胸痛发作次数、胸痛持续时间等病情变化。结果干预组较对照组胸痛发作次数减少,胸痛持续时间短,胸痛程度减轻(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对老年不稳定型心绞痛病人稳定病情,减少胸痛发作次数有显著作用。
Objective To explore the psychological characteristics of elderly patients with unstable angina over the age of 70 (including 70 years old) in order to formulate reasonable and effective nursing measures for patients. Methods Patients with unstable angina pectoris over 70 years old were randomly divided into two groups (psychological intervention group and control group). The incidences of post-hospital chest pain episodes and chest pain duration were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the number of chest pain episodes decreased, the duration of chest pain shortened, and the degree of chest pain reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention has a significant effect on the stable condition of elderly unstable angina patients and the reduction of the number of chest pain attacks.
