摘 要:目前橡膠材料的进气波纹管已经趋于成熟,TPV(热塑性硫化橡胶)作为一种新型的塑料与橡胶混合材料,其塑性导致其弹性较橡胶材料较弱,其强度较橡胶材料较大。因此其结构设计与橡胶材料产品有较大差异,本文针对TPV材料的波纹管的结构选型进行分析研究及效果验证。结果表明,本文所设计的进气波纹管效果较好,达到预期隔振率水平。

Abstract:At present, the air intake bellows of rubber materials have become mature. TPV (thermoplastic vulcanized rubber) is a new type of plastic and rubber mixed material. Its plasticity results in its elasticity and strength being stronger than rubber materials. Therefore, its structural design is quite different from that of rubber material products. This article analyzes and studies the structure selection of the corrugated pipe of TPV material and verifies the effect. The results show that the intake bellows designed in this paper have a better effect and reach the expected level of vibration isolation rate.
