本文认为,国有企业中45岁以上的基层年长员工比例比较大,灵活运用人格发展阶段理论等管理学知识,有针对性地采取动态激励措施,可以有效地调动其积极性。
This paper argues that the proportions of grass-roots senior citizens over the age of 45 in state-owned enterprises are relatively large, and the management knowledge of the stage of personality development is flexibly utilized. Dynamic incentive measures are targeted to effectively mobilize their enthusiasm.
