某石化公司根据高温热油离心泵密封配置要求进行了双端面密封改造,改造方案为原来的密封方案+Plan53B。针对改造后运行过程中双端面密封后端密封严重泄漏的问题,进行了优化改造,其中包括:增大后端密封隔离液换热器的换热面积、改变双密封后端密封隔离液泵送结构形式、优化更换双密封后端隔离液品种等措施,保证了高温热油离心泵平稳安全运行。
