目的:建立菝葜药材总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用比色法,于407 nm测定。结果:薯蓣皂苷在0.03～0.13 mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为2.2%(n=6)。结论:方法简便易行,结果可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the total saponins in Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods: Colorimetric assay was used at 407 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between absorbance and dioscin in the range of 0.03-0.13 mg (r=0.999 9, n=5). The average recovery was 100.7% and the RSD was 2.2% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and the result is reliable.
