从黑龙江省佳木斯市四丰山林土样品、合江农科所内腐熟有机肥样品及日本产的 EM(Ef-fective Microorganisms)中分离筛选出 1 2个菌株 ,进行了碳源滤纸崩溃试验 ,鉴定出 4个高效菌株 ,并进行了形态特征观察。在不同培养基条件下进行了纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶的酶活力测定 ,将上述 4个高效菌株配制成 6个组合 ,并分别测定了每个组合 3种酶活力 ,其中 I(F- 1× F- 4)和 (F- 1×F- 3)两个组合 3种酶的综合性能较好 , 和 两个组合中 F- 1、F- 3、F- 4三种菌株混合一起 ,作为有机肥发酵剂的菌种 ,研制出了有机肥发酵剂的工艺流程
Twelve strains were isolated and screened from the soil samples of SiFeng Mountain in Jiamusi City of Heilongjiang Province, the decomposed organic fertilizer in HeJiang Agricultural Institute and EM (E-fective Microorganisms) from Japan, and the carbon source filter paper collapse test was conducted to identify 4 efficient strains, and observed morphological features. The enzyme activities of cellulase, protease and amylase were measured under different media conditions. The four highly efficient strains were formulated into six combinations and the activity of three enzymes in each combination was determined. Among them, I (F- 1 × F-4) and (F-1 × F-3) were better than those of the other two combinations, and the three strains F- 1, F- 3 and F- 4 in the two combinations were mixed together, As a kind of organic fertilizer leavening agent, developed a process of organic fertilizer leavening agent
